If he were 5 years old and ready to venture into traditional schools, I might be a bit more inclined to add therapy. But at 3, and at home, seems very practical to simply continue to work with him and to give him time. I have a 10 year old with mild CP and mild autism who just learned to ride a 2 wheel bike last year. And a swing the year before. He didn't get there "on time", but he got there in his (and His) time and the getting there was such a sweet victory.
